Schedule of the Day

12:30pm – Guest arrival

1:30pm – Ceremony

2:15pm – Drinks reception

4:15pm – Dinner & speeches

7:30pm – Evening celebrations

10:00pm – Evening buffet

12:00am – Bar closes

Starters:

  • Gower Garden Soup of the Season, Artisan Breads

  • Croquette of Moroccan Inspired Pulled Welsh Lamb, Apricots, Mint, Pomegranate

  • Goat Cheese Tart, Red Onion Marmalade, Roast Fig, Hazelnuts, and Textured Parmesan

Food & Drink

Mains:

  • Roast Breast and Ballotine of Chicken, Anna Potatoes, Pancetta, Wild Mushrooms, Creamed Leek, and Tarragon

  • Rosemary, Wild Mushroom, Leek, and Welsh Smoked Cheese Risotto

  • Slow Cooked Shoulder of Welsh Lamb, Minted Glamorganshire Bonbon, Parsnip, Fondant Potato, Orange, Cracked Black Pepper, and Blueberry Jus.

Desserts:

  • Sticky Toffee Pudding, Toffee Sauce, Clotted Cream Ice Cream

  • Pavlova, Strawberries, Mint, and a Hint of Cracked Black Pepper

  • Chocolate Cremeux, Raspberry, Citrus Gel, Chantilly, Tuille

Drinks, Allergies & Evening sustenance:

  • The venue has a fully stocked bar, and drinks will be pay as you go throughout the day and evening.

  • Please share any allergies or dietary requirements in the RSVP form so we can make sure everything is taken care of.

  • At 10:00pm an evening buffet will be served.

Formal Garden Party

Dress Code:

We’d love our guests to come in formal attire with soft, summer garden tones; think florals, pastels, linens, sage, lavender, blush, and warm neutrals.

Children

We kindly ask that guests join us without children, so everyone can fully relax, let their hair down, and enjoy the celebration with us.

Phones, Photos & Capturing Memories

We are planning an unplugged ceremony and kindly ask guests to keep phones and cameras away during the vows and key moments.
We’d love for everyone to be fully present with us.

After the ceremony, feel free to celebrate freely, we’ll have a few disposables and a camcorder on hand so you can capture fun, candid moments throughout the day.

We will also have a professional photographer and videographer, so everything meaningful will be beautifully captured.
